Does Kenneth Stepp always remember to say "Uno" each time he only has one card?
If not, is there a penalty? (ie drawing 4 more cards).
I guess I slipped up once or so. We played a two-card draw penalty, as I remember it. That was the first time I played Uno in about fifteen years. It's a good game, but you get rusty without practice. Ken.
